How do I register?

Note: For corporate customers, you can continue shopping while we prepare your corporate account. You will receive an email notification when your corporate account is ready to use.

Forgot password

Click on Login --> Forget Password. Please enter your user id (email) in the field provided.

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

How do i shop?

How do I shop

Step 1) Search and browse

(A) Go to the search bar at the top right corner of the website. Type in Product Name, Product Type, Product Code, or even Product Specification such as Grammage, Colour and our search function would list out the relevant results.

(B) Alternatively, you can browse our products by categories. Click on any Product Categories on the top menu bar and you can see the relevant Product Types, or you can also mouse over the top menu bar and go straight to the product item e.g. Colour Paper

(C) Once you click on the Product Type you are looking for, you would be directed to a page with a result listing of all the products we offer within that product type. You can further filter the results based on the specification on the left hand side.

(D) For easy navigation while browsing the items, you can click on the links below the top menu bar to return to the previous product listing that you were browsing prior to your current page.

Step 2) Adding to cart and checking out

Click on "Add to Cart" to add the product you have chosen. To check out, mouse over the cart icon located at the top right hand corner and click proceed to check out. You will be asked to confirm your delivery address, order summary and payment type. Click on “Make Payment” to complete your order. An order confirmation will be sent to your email.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

After checking out during the payment process, you will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully. You will also get a mail in your registered email ID confirming the order.

How do I check my order status?

Click on “My Account” link and check under My Orders.

How do I see my purchases so far?

Click my cart and you will see a list of items that you have picked. You may change the quantity of items at this time by clicking the /- button and proceed to check out or continue shopping.

Where to enter my coupon code?

At the order summary page, select or enter your coupon code. Click apply and the total amount will be updated with the discount.

Payment

What options do I have while making payment?

  • PayPal will be available for personal account
  • Credit Terms will be available for corporate account

If you prefer a 30 days credit term with us, click here to apply for a corporate account. Please allow 3 to 5 working days to process the application. We will send an email when your application is successful. Should your first order be urgent, we recommend that you pay for the first order via PayPal. Please note that we only issue credit terms for corporate customer and not individuals who are ordering for personal usage.

Collection & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my orders?

Normal Delivery time: 3 days after order confirmation.

For Urgent Delivery request, please note that these following conditions must be met:

  1. Select the next following day during checkout.
  2. Orders are submitted before the cut-off time of 2:30pm.
  3. We have available stocks of the items ordered.

Our online store is available 24/7, however your orders will only be processed and delivered during operating hours Mon -Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm.

Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

No. For items that require a different shipping address, please place a new order.

Who pays for the shipping charges?

We provide Free Shipping on all Orders above or equal to SGD$150 before GST.

Otherwise the following apply:

$150 (Before GST) & above: Free Of Charge

Is self collection available?

No, self-collection is not available for online purchases.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We only deliver to Singapore address.

What if there are missing items upon delivery?

Please check your items upon delivery. If there are any missing items, please inform our delivery personnel immediately and have it noted down on the Delivery Order before acknowledging.

Exchange & Return

What is your Exchange policy

Fuji Xerox Singapore Pte Ltd will only provide a 1 to 1 exchange within 7 days of delivery if goods are received damaged or with manufacturing defects. Goods have to be in Original packaging when first received, please contact shopenquiry@sgp.fujixerox.com or call 67668888 (select option 2) for any such issues.

What is your Return Policy?

We do not accept any returns once items has been delivered.

Order Amendment

Call our Supplies Hotline, 67668888 press option 2 for supplies and quote your Web order number and tell us what amendment is required. We can amend the order as long as we receive the call before 3pm on the same day of your order.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation by Fuji Xerox Singapore Pte ltd
Fuji Xerox Singapore reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. Such cancellation might be due to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information and / or issues with of customer's outstanding payment identified by our accounts department.

Cancellation by Customer
Fuji Xerox Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any customer’s order cancellation request. For any cancellation of orders or changes to the delivery dates with less than 24 hours’ notice, an administrative fee of SGD$30 will be imposed. Fuji Xerox has the sole discretion, to cancel or otherwise on the customer’s cancellation request.
